Realising your potential…

When someone joins Ladbrokes we do all that we can to help them to realise their personal and career based potential. We offer a variety of career paths within Ladbrokes and provide the training requirements at each stage.

The Ladbrokes Academy, our in-house career development resource which was set up in 2005, continues to grow and provides a wide range of development tools and training for employees throughout the business.

The Academy site provides resources to help users develop job-related skills and to make informed decisions about the employee’s potential career path. These resources range from numerous online questionnaires enabling users to self-assess their abilities, through to sources of training and further education. Across the divisions, our training is structured to meet the needs and characteristics of the individual businesses. It is competency driven and carefully designed to provide a supportive and multi-stimulus approach to learning for all our employees.
