We place a high priority on good service and as a result we regularly win national customer service awards. As a measure of our commitment, Ladbrokes joined the
Institute of Customer Service in 2003.In addition, we carry out a Mystery Shopper campaign on an annual basis to check our performance and have developed our own version of the national WOW! Awards™ to recognise outstanding customer service across our business.
