30/01/2007 Casino Advisory Panel Recommendations

In response to the Casino Advisory Panel recommendations Alan Ross, Managing Director of Ladbrokes plc European Retail and Casinos said:

"We will consider our position regarding a potential bid to operate a regional casino in Manchester. We are already actively assessing opportunities in the locations recommended for small and large casinos and together with our partners, including Hilton, expect to bid to operate for a number of these new licences."
